CAD As-Built Drawings
We travel the country in order to document your site accordingly. Our expert Site Surveyors will use highly sophisticated hand held lasers connected via Bluetooth to laptops on site to accurately measure your building. We will convert our AutoCad plans into PDFs for easy viewing.
360° Virtual Tours
While using the latest technology in virtual reality cameras, we create a 3D walking tour of your site. This allows you to visit the site from the comfort of your desk, anywhere in the world. You can view the building in Walking, Dollhouse, or Floor Plan mode.

On The Level Imagery (OTLI) is a commercial and residential As-Built surveying company. We have surveyed, photographed, and documented millions of square feet of homes and businesses. When you need precise information in a quick and timely manner, we are the company to handle it for you.
Founder William (Bill) Hudson had a previous career in the financial industry before embarking in a career in As-Built Surveying. He has personally measured over 2,000 buildings ranging in size from 1,500 sqft to 500,000 sqft. Bill has a strong passion for his work and will work with you to make sure you project is done with accuracy and within the agreed upon time frame.
